Calendar Hub shows the events from every Google account you use, plus any calendar you have a link to, in one view. It runs entirely on your computer.
Connect as many Google accounts as you like, and add any calendar link: Outlook, iCloud, Proton, Fastmail, a school or team schedule. See them side by side in day, week, month and agenda views.
Calendar Hub asks Google only for permission to view your calendars, and reads calendar links as they are. It cannot create, change or delete anything.
Your calendar data goes straight from Google, or from the calendar's own address, to your computer. There is no Calendar Hub server, no account to create and no tracking.
A meeting you were invited to on two accounts appears once, tagged with both.
Meet and Calendar links open signed in as the account the event belongs to, not whichever one Google picks.
A countdown in the Mac menu bar, the Windows tray or on the browser toolbar button, and today's agenda one click away.
Every version comes with a 14-day free trial. No account, no sign-up, no card.
macOS 12 or later, Apple silicon and Intel. Until the build is notarized, open it the first time with right-click → Open.
Download for Mac →Windows 10 or later, x64 and Arm. If SmartScreen appears, choose More info → Run anyway.
Download for Windows →One license key unlocks the Mac app, the Windows app, the Chrome extension and the Firefox extension. Use it on all your own devices. You never pay again for another platform.
Your key is checked once, when you enter it. After that Calendar Hub never phones home. Payment is handled by Polar, so we never see your card.
When you connect a Google account, Calendar Hub asks for permission to see your calendars (calendar.readonly) and your name and email address, which it uses to label the account. It uses this only to display your events to you, on your own device. It does not send your data to any server, share it, sell it, or use it for advertising.
